Pre-registration and corresponding payment should be received by 20 May 2009. After this date, only credit card payment or onsite registration is accepted.

Registration fees

All registration fees include 19% VAT.

(*) To confirm your student status, you will be required to show your valid student card at the registration desk. Please do not forget to bring it with you. Otherwise, the discount will not be granted and the standard registration rate will apply.


Payment

Full payment in EUR should be received before the corresponding deadline.

Payment by credit card is preferred (Eurocard/Mastercard, Visa or American Express).

Replacements and cancellations

Replacements of confirmed registrations are possible at no extra charge.
Cancellations of confirmed registrations are subject to a charge of 50 EUR per participant provided the cancellation is received in writing before 01 May 2009. After this date no refunds will be possible.
